Seems like a long hard climb since the Volstead Act but Bourbon is making a comeback. A toast to Bill buckley with Basil Hayden’s will serve. Don’t know if he drank Basil Hayden’s. But Mrs Shears and I do. Cheers.

Makes sense. No? Now with vast public bureaucracies vested in the billions budgeted at the problem, there’s little chance of common sense along these lines. Especially with this most eloquent spokeman now gone.
